Valencia Vasquez is a Latin American woman who owns and operates an international foods store in honor of her late husband. Enigmatic and seemingly standoffish, Valencia often comes across as introverted to those who don't know her well. However, beneath her reserved exterior lies a deeply passionate individual dedicated to hard work and the well-being of her community. Her store is more than a business; it's a beacon of cultural heritage and a gathering place for her neighborhood. Despite the personal loss that fuels her mission, Valencia channels her grief into a relentless drive to serve and uplift those around her, making her a quietly powerful presence in her community.

Detective Anthony Gudino is a key figure in the Union City Police Department (UCPD), specializing in cases involving the youth of Union City and high-profile crimes. After witnessing Belza's decision not to kill, Gudino saved her life following her battle with La Reina, becoming her confidant and somewhat friend. His support has helped improve Belza's standing with the UCPD. Dedicated to justice and upholding the law, Gudino is the only person who knows Belza's secret identity and understands her motivations of vigilantism. Beyond his professional role, he is a sponsor and father figure to Amiya, providing guidance and support.

Belza is the vigilante alter ego of Valencia Vasquez. Wielding her custom Duo Blades, Belza combines her skills in dancing and martial arts to combat the rampant crime in Union City. Amiya Gelar is an orphaned teen who comes to work for Valencia as an extra hand in her store while Valencia recovers from her battle with La Reina. Though she's a big fan of science, she's a bigger fan of Belza, Amiya admires her courageous fights against crime, which make her feel safer and inspire her to contribute more to the community of Union City. Despite Valencia's initial opposition to having her work in the store, Amiya is determined to do her best, both in caring for the store and for Valencia herself.

Doble, who is now revealed to be the alter ego of Amiya Gelar, appeared to aid Belza in her battle against Boa. Doble wants to assist Belza in fighting for Union City, but at the moment, Valencia has no idea that Doble is actually her young store clerk.

Mia Diega's life began in the gritty underground fighting rings of Acapulco, Mexico, where she battled for survival, scraping by on coins and food scraps. Ronda Sleete, once a prominent scientist at West End University specializing in thermal dynamics, became a formidable adversary known as Deepfreeze. After creating a freeze utility suit, the university leaders attempted to exploit her invention and subsequently oust her. In retaliation, Ronda donned her suit and, in a fit of rage, destroyed all campus links to West End University while searching for her research. This destructive spree drew the attention of Belza, leading to a confrontation that marked Deepfreeze as one of Belza's most dangerous foes.

Aveena Sahota, or Mother Mind as her stage name suggests, has always been obsessed with being the smartest person in the world. Driven by this obsession, she created a talk show where she reads minds and reveals people's deepest secrets, gaining investors in the process. Her hidden secret is that her insights come from a widespread data smuggling ring she has run for years. Her downfall began when she was asked to reveal Belza's secret identity, making Belza one of her most hated enemies.

La Mime is a shapeshifting superhuman with a mysterious past. Similar to La Reina, she is a Colombian criminal, and uses her powers to amass fortunes. La Mime's ability to not only replicate someone's appearance but also mirror their movements and voice gives her a significant advantage in battles against Belza. This unique talent makes her a formidable and unpredictable adversary, adding another layer of complexity to Belza's fight against crime.

Mavis Hunts is the mechanical genius daughter of the CEO of the Hunts company. Despite her exceptional talent for mechanics, her father refuses to let her run the company due to her reckless choices. Fueled by anger towards potential funding companies, Mavis built a suit resembling the legendary and fearsome Headless Horseman and developed muscle weakening bombs to incapacitate her enemies. As the Headless Horseman, she becomes a formidable opponent for Belza, having designed the suit specifically to withstand Belza's blade attacks.

Dr. Natalia Cruz is the CEO of Caduceus Biotech, which she used as a front for her twisted experiments. Dr. Cruz claims to want better for the world around her. The only problem is that that change comes with deadly consequences for the people!

Juan Vasquez was the loving husband of Valencia until his tragic murder at the hands of La Reina. He was the original owner of the store Valencia runs. Juan's death is one of the driving forces behind Valencia's fight against crime as Belza.
